Immediately after a guest checks out, our professional cleaning team will clean, sanitize, and disinfect each unit/bedroom. The common areas for each unit receive weekly/as needed cleaning.

CVR generally likes to see a 2 year rental agreement between the homeowner and Campus Vacation Rentals, LLC. However each rental agreement is unique and alternative agreements may be discussed and reached.
Since 2014, Campus Vacation Rentals has grown and developed a strong business portfolio. We pride ourselves in building healthy relationship with the homeowners. We setup automatic direct monthly payments to the homeowner to be paid whether we have a booking or not.
Our team is equipped with the right tools for guest screening and background checks. Our expert property management team also completes a comprehensive checklist between each check-in/out and during weekly cleanings, ensuring the wellness, safety, and security of your property. However, shall damaged occur or property stolen, we guarantee that it will be repaired and/or replaced at no cost to you. Rest easy knowing that you are covered - 100% free of charge.

We make sure each of our properties carry all the necessary insurance coverage needed. Your property and its contents are covered.
- Before you will be allowed to check in, we will ask that you complete the guest identity validation, where we'll ask you to verify your identity by uploading a copy of your ID, as well as take a selfie. It only takes a few minutes, but completion is required before you check into the property.
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the premises - No pets or additional guests without approval
- This property is sprayed regularly for pests. If you see any dead ones while you're there, that's a good thing! That means the pest control is working. By booking with us you are acknowledging that. No refunds will be given for dead bugs.
- We clean thoroughly, but sometimes outside odors still get inside. We will provide an ozone machine upon request if there are any offensive smells, but refunds will not be given for smells or anything else that cannot be proven.
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they're receive a 50% refund. If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given. Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
